Inquiry and quotationRFQ & Quotation
Standard models support small batches or even single-unit purchases; OEM/ODM customized projects usually have a minimum order quantity, and the specific quotation is subject to the plan. Bulk purchases can enjoy tiered quotations. You are welcome to submit your requirements through the "Online Message" in the lower right corner to obtain exclusive quotations.
The official website currently uses an inquiry system. After submitting the requirement, a ticket will be generated, and the sales team will confirm the PI, contract, delivery arrangement and subsequent performance method with you; for large batch projects, it is usually recommended to use T/T or letter of credit L/C, whichever is confirmed by both parties.
Click "Inquire Now" on the product page or submit the model, configuration and quantity through "Leave a message online → Get a quote" in the lower right corner. We will provide a formal quotation including freight and delivery within one working day.
Standard off-the-shelf models are usually shipped within 3–7 working days; delivery times for customized configurations and OEM projects depend on the plan and will be notified together with the quotation.
Delivery and customs clearanceShipping & Customs
We ship to industrial customers around the world, mainly through carriers such as SF Express, DHL, and FedEx, covering major markets such as North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. See Shipping Policy for detailed instructions.
Unless otherwise agreed, all international shipments are made on a DAP (delivered at destination) basis: shipping costs are reflected in the quote, and import duties, VAT and customs clearance charges are borne by the recipient and are usually collected by the carrier (DHL/FedEx) upon delivery. The tax-free limits vary greatly among countries. For details, please see Shipping Policy.
Can. If you specify a freight forwarder or provide a DHL/FedEx collect account number, please make a note when enquiring. We will arrange shipment according to FCA/EXW method.
Warranty and after-salesWarranty & After-sales
All products provide 1-year free warranty, with optional 2–3-year extended warranty and lifetime technical support. The warranty is a limited warranty that only covers hardware failures due to component life or factory defects under normal industrial use. See Warranty Policy for details.
Man-made damage (such as wrong power supply, broken screen), excessive environment (exceeding the operating temperature and humidity), lightning surges, and software problems (system blue screen/poisoning/conflict) are not within the free scope, and paid repairs can be provided.
Please contact technical support for remote troubleshooting first; if it really needs to be repaired, the customer will bear the international shipping cost of sending it back to the factory, and we will be responsible for testing, repair (within warranty) and return shipping. Technology and customizationTechnical & Customization
Compatible with mainstream systems such as Windows / Linux / Ubuntu / CentOS / Server, most models are shipped with Windows pre-installed for free by default, and the system and partition can be specified as needed.
