The Yanken official website currently adopts an inquiry system. All delivery, packaging, transportation methods and charges are subject to the formal quotation, PI or contract issued by the sales engineer and confirmed by both parties.
This page is intended to illustrate general delivery principles and is not a substitute for specific project documents. If the project documents are inconsistent with this description, the written documents finally confirmed by both parties shall prevail.
After submitting an inquiry or work order, we will confirm the delivery date and delivery plan based on the product model, quantity, customization items, packaging requirements, destination and customer-specified shipping method.
If you need commercial invoice, packing list, origin statement, HS code, compliance statement or other customs clearance information, please indicate it in advance in the inquiry or work order. We will provide it according to the actual product and destination requirements.
Import duties, VAT, destination clearance fees, and local compliance requirements are generally the responsibility of the recipient or its designated importing party, unless the parties agree otherwise in the contract.
After the goods are shipped, we will synchronize the necessary shipping information through work orders, emails, or communication methods agreed upon by both parties. The official website does not currently provide an independent online logistics tracking system.
If there are any abnormalities during transportation, damaged packaging, or the need to supplement customs clearance information, please inform us in a timely manner through a work order or contact information, and the team will assist in follow-up.
Please check the status of the outer packaging when signing for receipt. If you find obvious damage, shortage or transportation abnormality, please keep the photos, outer box and waybill information, and contact us as soon as possible.
Product quality, warranty and after-sales treatment are subject to Yanken's warranty policy, project contract and confirmation documents from both parties.
